Irish Raw Blossom Honey from Waterford

This Blossom honey is created by Native Black Bees in hives from Nectar collected from April to August in the Waterford area of Ireland making it a truly diverse raw honey. The nectar is collected from flowering hedgerow, clover, dandelion, Bramble and wild flowers. The honey is collected and cold filtered (it is neither heated or pasteurised) meaning it is a live food containing Bee Pollen, which has antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties, Propolis, which is a glue-like substance that helps keep the hive together and is said to have antiseptic and antibacterial properties. It can also contain amino acids, antioxidants, enzymes along with certain vitamins and minerals.
