Shanballymore Apiary is committed to adhering to the environmental laws, rules, and regulations in concern to the management of all waste within the business.
We have a reuse or recycle policy meaning we reuse all forms of packaging wherever possible to both minimize waste and to reduce the cost of packaging orders for shipping. This means your order may be delivered in packaging that was originally used for other products.
Recycled Cardboard Packaging
All of our cardboard packaging is made from recycled cardboard. We try to source our wooden hives from suppliers who use wood from managed forests however as an extra commitment to the environment for every 20 hives purchased we plant a tree
For every 50 deliveries we send out by courier we plant a tree. We are committed to offsetting our carbon footprint wherever possible.
