Fill the unit with water until the level indicator just reaches the top. Water can be heated from 20C to 100C and is heated within the walls of the tank ensuring no contact with contents. Ensure that there is always enough water in the tank or damage may occur to the heating element if it runs dry

After use empty the water from the unit. Clean the inside of the unit with warm water and dry thoroughly
