Uncapping Roller Unit
Built in tension bands so that as you push your frame of honey between the rollers a constant tension is maintained onto the blades to ensure an even uncapping depth.
Built in adjusters so you can set the ideal gap between the blade rollers for your frames.
Ability to remove or add circular blades to match the width of frames to maximise efficiency.
run each frame straight down between the roller then retract. now run down with the bottom of the frame pointing away from you and then repeat with the bottom pointing towards you. The frame should be ready to place in the extractor now.
With practice you will get to the point where you are uncapping upto 4 a minute
