Graham’s Hot Chilli Infused Honey.
Ideal to be used as a marinade for grilled and is fantastic on Pizza
This chilli is produced with a slow infusion where the temperature of the honey is held at the temperature of the hive (36C) for 21 days to allow the Chilli to infuse into the Honey. It is then cold strained to remove any chilli solids before jarring.
The chiili used is a combination of Naga Chilly, Scotch Bonnet chilli and birds eye chilli
The chilli honeycontains all the natural goodness of Raw honey as it is still unprocessed
