Description
This ginger infused honey is produced with a slow infusion where the temperature of the honey is held at the temperature of the hive (35C) for 21 days to allow the Ginger to infuse into the Honey. It is then cold strained to remove any Ginger solids before jarring.
The Ginger root is organic and sourced from a specialist organic herb and spice company in Ireland.
The Ginger infused honey contains all the natural goodness of Raw honey as it is still unprocessed and unheated
