Description
Creamed Blossom Honey
which is neither heated or pasteurised thus ensuring all the goodness of raw honey. This is made by blending the crystallised honey until the crystals are virtually undetectable on the palette. This is made from nectar foraged by Native Irish Black bees around the Shanballymore area of Galway. Foraging would have happened between April and July and consisted of wild flowers, Dandelion, Clover, Hedgerow and brambles to name but a few. A great taste and used for spreading on Toast, Pancakes or Bagels etc.
