1 Jar of Heather Honey – comprising of nectar from Ling & Bell honey from a bog near Tuam. A dark honey with a distinct rich taste.
1 Jar of Blossom Honey – comprising of the full range of nectars collected across the Shanballymore countryside. A rich mixture containing Dandelion, Clover,, Hedgerow Blossom, Wild Flower Blossom, Brambles & Fuchsia to name a few.
1 x Jar of Set Blossom Honey – a mixture of nectars but predominantly Ivy which has a higher level of sugar meaning it sets naturally. This honey is ideal for spreading on warm bread or pastries.

All of our honey is collected and cold filtered (it is neither heated or pasteurised) meaning it is a live food containing Bee Pollen, which has antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties, Propolis, which is a glue-like substance that helps keep the hive together and is said to have antiseptic and antibacterial properties. It can also contain amino acids, antioxidants, enzymes along with certain vitamins and minerals.
