Irish Raw Blossom Honey

Our bees are Irish Black bees and are kept naturally without the use of chemical medications where possible. They forage mostly on wildflowers, brambles and hedgerows in the Galway Countryside.

The honey is collected and cold filtered (it is neither heated or pasteurised) meaning it is a live food containing Bee Pollen, which has antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties, Propolis, which is a glue-like substance that helps keep the hive together and is said to have antiseptic and antibacterial properties. It can also contain amino acids, antioxidants, enzymes along with certain vitamins and minerals.
